 Closed Joint-Stock Company ”ELAR” has been founded in Nov. 2007 г for the purposes of design and manufacturing of the CCD image sensors. The core of the company staff includes high-skilled specialists, which have the experience of design and manufacturing of the space-qualified CCD image sensors for the astroorientation and astronavigation systems (Earth satellites, manned and unmanned space stations).

 The structure of the company has a closed design – manufacturing cycle providing performing of all necessary works from CCD topology modeling to the electro-optical and environmental testing and deliveries of the finished image sensors.

 The company manufacturing facilities allow the manufacturing of the CCD image sensors with the photocell size 6×6µm.
